Send a daily workspace update

This update highlights meaningful new business information since the previous coverage period, such as new records, correspondence, or issues needing attention. It reports only after reviewing the underlying evidence, so a reorganized folder, refreshed summary, or other administrative change does not count as business news.

The most important rule is relevance: information already covered is not repeated, and records created merely while preparing earlier updates are excluded. A new reply or independently received document is included only when it adds material information.

The update also identifies connected bank accounts that need reconnection, naming the bank and the action needed. It asks the reader to request a reconnect link rather than including one, because those links expire quickly.

A useful update states what changed, why it matters, and any action required. It does not turn incomplete evidence into confirmed totals, urgency, or accounting conclusions. Where exact terms or amounts matter, the original business record governs.

No update is sent on a routine no-change day. Delivery is best-effort, so a prepared update is not proof that the recipient received it.
